Studio Rental | How It Works
How Does This Work?
O’Hare Studios offers a unique and dynamic space for all your photography needs with two distinct rental areas at two separate locations: Studio A and Studio B. Each area has its own unique character and set of amenities to suit various photography styles.

Studio A is an indoor studio perfect for families, maternity, babies, seniors, etc.

Studio B is an indoor location designed for beauty and boudoir photography.
Dynamic and Ever-Changing Spaces: We regularly update our designs, furniture, and other amenities to keep our spaces fresh and inspiring.
Advance Booking for Your Convenience: You can book any of our spaces up to a year in advance. We recommend pre-booking, especially to secure prime weekend spots during holiday seasons, as these tend to fill up quickly.
How to Book?
Booking your studio session at our venue is a simple and straightforward process.
Here's how to get started:

Explore Our Studio Spaces: First, take a moment to browse through our two distinct studio space options. This will help you determine which studio best aligns with your session needs.

Booking Made Easy: Visit the "Book Now" section on our website. Here, you can select your preferred studio and the duration you require for your session. Remember to factor in enough time for both setup and cleanup.

Choose Your Date: Upon selecting a studio, a calendar will appear. Choose your desired date for the session.

Select a Time Slot: After picking a date, you'll see a list of available time slots for that day. The time you select is when your studio time will begin. For example, selecting 1:30 means you get into the studio precisely at 1:30, if you need additional time for set up and tear down, you can add that on.

Secure Your Booking: Proceed with the payment process. Once completed, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming your payment and detailing your session date.

First Time Renters are required to do an in-person consultation, after booking, with a representative to go over any questions you might have and quirks that our studio might have.

Pre-Session Information: 48 hours before your scheduled session, we'll send you a series of emails. These will include the code to enter the building, parking instructions, and other essential details to ensure your session is a success.

How to Reschedule?
You can reschedule or cancel before two weeks of your booking appointment for Studio A and B bookings. If it’s within two weeks for Studio A or B, you have to contact us to reschedule and a booking credit will be given. No refunds will be issued within that two week time period but before two weeks a refund will be given. To cancel or reschedule, please email hello@oharephotography.net or text 810-841-2704
